Mother of two, lifelong researcher, creative at heart, and the doula behind Hearth & Haven.
My fascination with birth began during my first pregnancy with a simple philosophy: knowledge is power. Understanding what was happening made the unknown feel a little less intimidating—and after my son was born, I realized I'd barely scratched the surface.
I've been learning ever since.
Today, I bring that curiosity into my doula work without expecting you to become a researcher, too. Whether you want the simple answer, a deeper explanation, or you'd happily follow me down the research rabbit hole, I'll meet you where you are.
